The income limit for the following properties is the Low Income (80%) Limit: Duggan's Row Apartments, King Street Apartments, Maple Street Apartments, Harrington Apartments, Wharf Lane Apartments and Public Housing.

The income limit for South Square and Victoria Place Apartments is the Tax Credit (60%) Limit.

The income limit for the following properties is the Very Low Income (50%) Limit: Bobbin Mill Apartments, Gable Apartments, Lake Champlain Apartments Peterson Place Apartments, and South St. Paul Street Apartments.
